Whenever we take on a project, we make sure that we understand the aims and objectives of the project clearly and comprehensively before even going near any creative tools. Design can only be classed as successful if it fulfils the aims of the projects and solves the problems that we were hired to remedy. It's one thing to create something that looks nice, however it's a completely different ball game to create something that effectively solves a problem and makes the entire experience for the client as enjoyable as possible. That's the difference between design and art.

We're not ones to try and baffle those we work alongside with complicated jargon, we're not here to make ourselves look intelligent. We're here to solve problems and educate both ourselves and those we work with on our journeys together. We are down to earth people and speak normal English, and like to keep our feet on the ground regardless of the project. We've always been completely transparent throughout previous projects and we're not afraid to voice our concerns. The way we see it, if our clients are successful, so are we. If we see things going south, we'll step in and try and change course until we feel we're back on the straight and narrow.

When you take initiative, you don't expect to get things right all the time, it's that willingness to make mistakes, to learn from them and move on to try once again to produce your best work that makes you one of us. We're all about getting our heads down and hands dirty. Each of our team is proactive in the work they do, motivated to do the best they can. We produce results. We like to assign multi-disciplinary teams for each project so that we don't miss out on insights from differing viewpoints, this helps to get things done as well as meaning we can always chop and change people across projects as and when needed.

Our aims with any project are to provide value. From the very first meeting up to handover, we strive to deliver our best, be it in our design work or our chats discussing the next stages of projects. We make decisions based on what the end-user would value, this means our end-product isn't a result of our own personal preferences but the needs of the target demographic. This comes out in our personal pride in the work we produce, not everything we produce will be gold, but we'll continue to work on it and keep polishing until we are proud of what we've produced, and only then will we show it to the world.

We believe that everyone at the table can contribute. Everyone has their own unique perspectives based on their own experiences and wisdoms gained throughout their lives. If we don't see that within an individual, that doesn't mean they are an exception, rather, it means we've got to work a bit harder to see what they can give us to help us realise the targets of the project. We invest in our team, in yourself, in your clients and relationships because we believe that’s how the best results come to fruition. At Qore we don't worry about what we are due, we worry about how we can give more than we already have.

Everyone has great ideas, for everyone one person that launched a successful business that disrupted a market, there are hundreds that had the same idea, but did not have the same conviction and belief to follow through. We're naturally perfectionists and want to deliver our best every time, we want to create the perfect product, but we're also realists. Our strength is knowing where to draw the line, whilst still committing ourselves to consistently over-deliver and continue producing exceptional user experiences. As we grow our relationship together, there'll be plenty of opportunities to tweak and change things in the future.

The majority of individuals around the world stop learning on a regular basis once they leave compulsory education unless they actively take the time to, and prioritise the act of, seeking it out. We believe that no individual should ever reach a point where they feel happy with their level of understanding in any area. We push our clients and our team to go deeper, to learn more, as there will always be room to grow. Regardless of whether it is a personal passion, or a new technical skill, when we grow together, we only increase our potential, and make ourselves more able to create better solutions for the problems we are trying to solve.
